Introduction

GRITFIT.AI is built to support safe, respectful, and lawful use of AI-driven fitness and training tools. These Community Guidelines and User Conduct Code (“Guidelines”) set out the standards of behaviour and content required of all users when accessing or using the GRITFIT.AI platform. By using GRITFIT.AI, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in full. Failure to comply may result in removal of content, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Scope and Applicability

These Guidelines apply to:

• All users of GRITFIT.AI, including free users, subscribers, coaches/trainers, and staff.
• All platform features, tools, and services.
• All forms of content, including text, images, videos, files, messages, comments, AI prompts, and AI-generated outputs.
• Any conduct connected to GRITFIT.AI, whether occurring on or off the Platform, where such conduct involves other GRITFIT.AI users, staff, or services. This includes interactions via email, phone, social media, or other communication channels related to GRITFIT.AI activity. Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse directed at any user or staff member, on- or off-platform, in connection with GRITFIT.AI, are strictly prohibited.
• All jurisdictions globally. GRITFIT.AI is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws, professional regulations, or licensing requirements. GRITFIT.AI reserves the right to restrict or refuse access in certain regions if required by law.

Important: GRITFIT.AI is an adult-only platform. Use by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Guidelines:

• “Platform” means the GRITFIT.AI website, applications, services, and related systems.
• “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• “Content” means any material submitted, uploaded, generated, or shared through the Platform.
• “AI Outputs” means content generated by GRITFIT.AI systems based on user inputs.
• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to GRITFIT.AI and its operators.

Expected Standards of Behaviour

All users must:

• Act lawfully, honestly, and in good faith.
• Treat others with respect and professionalism in all interactions.
• Use the Platform only for its intended fitness, training, and educational purposes.
• Provide information that is accurate and not misleading.
• Exercise personal judgment and responsibility when using or sharing AI-generated content.
• Avoid any conduct that causes harm, distress, or unreasonable risk to others or to GRITFIT.AI.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited. Examples are illustrative and non-exhaustive:

• Harassment, Abuse, and Hate: Users must not harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others. This includes hateful, discriminatory, or degrading language. Encouraging self-harm, disordered eating, or physical harm is forbidden.
• Sexual, Violent, or Exploitative Content: Users must not submit or share content that is sexually explicit or pornographic, depicts or promotes violence or cruelty, or exploits or sexualises minors or vulnerable individuals. These violations are zero-tolerance offences.
• Illegal Activity and Harm Facilitation: Users must not engage in or promote illegal activities, or provide instructions or advice that facilitate harm or unsafe practices.
• Misuse of AI-Generated Content: Users must not present AI-generated outputs as professional medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, or claim AI outputs are guaranteed, certified, or personalised. Attempts to manipulate AI systems to generate prohibited content are forbidden.
• Spam, Impersonation, and Fraud: Users must not send spam, impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent conduct.
• Circumvention and Platform Abuse: Users must not bypass safeguards, moderation decisions, or technical protections, create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, interfere with security, scrape data, or reverse engineer the Platform.

Content Standards and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all Content they submit or share. Content must:

• Comply with these Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and data protection rights.
• Not infringe the rights of third parties.

GRITFIT.AI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user Content or AI-generated outputs.

Reporting, Moderation, and Law Enforcement Cooperation

Users may report suspected breaches using available reporting tools. GRITFIT.AI may review content using automated and/or manual processes.

GRITFIT.AI may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required by law or necessary to address:

• Credible threats of violence or serious harm
• Harassment, stalking, or hate crimes
• Fraud or financial crime
• Child exploitation or endangerment
• Serious risks to user or public safety

Enforcement Actions

GRITFIT.AI may issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access. Immediate action may be taken without notice where required to protect users, comply with law, or safeguard the Platform.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct

Immediate suspension or termination may occur for:

• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Credible threats of violence
• Severe harassment or hate conduct
• Facilitation of illegal or extremely harmful activity
• Attempts to compromise platform security or user data

Appeals

Users may submit a written appeal within the timeframe specified in an enforcement notice. Appeals are reviewed internally; GRITFIT.AI’s decision is final.

In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

Governing Law

These Guidelines are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.

Final Note

These Guidelines exist to protect users, ensure lawful use, and preserve the integrity of GRITFIT.AI. They are intentionally strict where safety, legality, and trust are concerned.
