GRITFIT is not currently making a public paid subscription offer. Test builds may show Apple or Google subscription products and may use store sandbox, licence-test or TestFlight testing. Store-designated test transactions are governed by the relevant test environment and should not create a normal customer charge; testers must confirm they are using the designated test account/environment before purchase.
Core and Pro names, allowances and prices shown outside an enabled store checkout are informational and do not promise a future public price. The current planned options are Core at £6.99 per month or £59.99 per year, and Pro at £14.99 per month or £129.99 per year. A store checkout is the controlling display for the product, price, currency, billing period, renewal and any trial.
Paid subscriptions
When enabled for an eligible user, subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and managed by that store. They normally auto-renew until cancelled unless checkout says otherwise. Upgrades, downgrades and their effective timing follow the store's displayed rules. Restore purchase asks the store and GRITFIT verification backend to re-establish an eligible entitlement.
Cancellation stops future renewal; it normally does not refund the current period or immediately remove Core/Pro access. Access ordinarily continues until the store-reported paid period ends. Deleting the GRITFIT account does not itself cancel a store subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete the account.
Users aged 16 or 17 cannot open the in-app purchase flow or have a purchase verified unless they and their guardian have approved the paid-subscription category.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Refund requests for store purchases use the relevant Apple or Google process. GRITFIT does not promise discretionary refunds, but mandatory consumer rights and remedies in the user's country continue to apply. A store, GRITFIT or the law may correct an unauthorised, duplicate or defective transaction as applicable.
