These terms supplement the GRITFIT Terms of Service for invited private-beta testers.
The beta is pre-release software. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, reset, limited by platform or changed without the stability expected of a public paid product. Do not rely on the beta as the only record of important information or for a competition, clinical, emergency or other high-risk decision.
Beta access is currently free and does not include a live purchase system. Being accepted into the beta does not guarantee continued access, a future discount, a particular launch date, feature or price.
You may provide feedback and bug reports. You retain ownership of your feedback, but grant GRITFIT permission to use it without payment to improve the product. Do not include another person’s personal or confidential information in a report.
GRITFIT may contact you with service messages necessary to operate the beta. Marketing email is optional and requires a separate choice; it is not a condition of beta access. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
GRITFIT may restrict or end beta access for security, safety, capacity, legal or product reasons. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
