Self-service controls
Export, reset or delete from the app.
Open Settings → Privacy & data → Data controls. An internet connection and recent sign-in verification are required for destructive account actions.
- Export: creates an account-data bundle containing the data currently covered by the export. It remains available for 24 hours.
- Reset training: clears training, plans and progress while keeping the login account active.
- Delete account: removes account-scoped active data and private media, clears device data and removes the Firebase authentication identity when the in-app flow completes.
Operational backup copies may age out later according to the confirmed retention schedule. If your sign-in method cannot be reverified in-app or the app is unavailable, contact support for an assisted request.
What to include in an assisted deletion request
- The email address associated with the account.
- A clear request to delete the GRITFIT account and data.
- No password, sign-in token, PIN or health information.
- Any safe support reference shown in the app, if available.

Which phone or tablet versions can install GRITFIT?
GRITFIT supports compatible iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later, plus Android phones and tablets running Android 8.0 Oreo (API level 26) or later. Support is based on the operating-system version rather than a particular device model. You can check the version in your device settings. Apple Watch and Wear OS companions are still being validated and are not generally available.
Why have I not received an invite?
Applications are reviewed and invites are sent in controlled batches. Check spam or promotions folders, but do not install GRITFIT from an unofficial link. We cannot promise every applicant a place.
Why is Coach or a generation feature unavailable?
The beta uses feature flags and usage allowances. A feature may also fail closed when the GRITFIT.AI server, external language-model service or safety validation is unavailable. The app should explain whether the issue is connectivity, allowance or temporary service availability.
Can support change my workout for me?
Support can investigate product behaviour but does not provide personal medical or clinical training advice. Use the in-app planning flow for supported changes and seek a qualified professional for health, injury or rehabilitation decisions.
How quickly will you reply?
GRITFIT is currently operated by a small founder-led team. Ordinary beta support has no guaranteed service level and is not emergency support. This does not apply to statutory privacy rights requests, consumer-health requests or formal privacy complaints: those are handled within the time required by applicable law.
