This supplement applies to people in Australia and forms part of the Global Privacy Notice. It does not limit rights under the Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles or the Australian Consumer Law where they apply.
GRITFIT may handle health information because users can record health, injury, fitness, body and connected-device context. GRITFIT seeks express consent where required before using optional sensitive information to personalise training. You can withdraw optional connected-health access and health-data consent, although doing so may disable features that need the information.
Personal information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United Kingdom and in locations used by contracted cloud, communications and AI infrastructure providers. The exact production locations depend on the verified provider configuration. GRITFIT remains responsible for taking the steps required by APP 8 where it applies.
You may request access or correction and may complain about privacy handling by emailing support@gritfit-ai.com. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period. If you are dissatisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Nothing in the Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. GRITFIT is a general fitness and wellness service, not a medical device or healthcare provider, and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or emergency decisions.
