This supplement applies to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. State rights vary and may depend on whether a law applies to GRITFIT.AI LIMITED based on thresholds or processing activity.
Categories and purposes
The Global Privacy Notice describes the identifiers, account data, internet or device information, fitness and health-related information, inferences, communications and user content we may process. We use them to provide and secure GRITFIT, personalise training, respond to support, meet legal duties and operate features you choose.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising and do not use consumer health data or progress media for targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required opt-out before the change.
State rights
Depending on your state and applicable thresholds, you may ask to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling, restrict or withdraw consent for sensitive information, and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
Submit a request to support@gritfit-ai.com or use the in-app deletion control. State your state of residence and request. We verify identity and authority before releasing or deleting data. An authorised agent may submit a request where state law allows, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. If we deny an appeal, we will explain any further regulator contact required by applicable law.
California information
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, the categories collected are those described above; sources include you, your device, connected services you authorise and service providers; business purposes are service provision, security, support and permitted improvement. GRITFIT does not offer a financial incentive for personal information. Applicable California requests may be submitted through the methods above.
Sensitive and health information
Health, precise location and account credentials may receive additional protection under state law. GRITFIT requests optional connected-health and location permissions separately and limits their use to the disclosed feature. See the separate US Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
